By using the GradVenture website you agree to these draft Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms are a staging draft and will be replaced after legal review.
Services
GradVenture offers application guidance plans described on the Services page. Plan details, pricing, and deliverables may change. Choosing a plan starts a manual payment process; we never collect card numbers on this site.
No guarantee of admission
Unless a specific written guarantee applies under a purchased plan and the Refund & Guarantee Policy, GradVenture does not guarantee university admission, scholarships, or any particular outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation. We may suspend access that appears abusive or unlawful.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by GradVenture or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission, except for personal non-commercial use of publicly available pages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradVenture is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Remedies for paid plans are governed by the applicable plan terms and Refund & Guarantee Policy.
